1. Seller

2. Scope and language
These terms govern consumer purchases on kode.diy. The contract is concluded in English. The contract document is not filed by us; you receive its content by email confirmation.
3. Products and prices
Product characteristics are described on each product card. All prices include VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. No payment-method surcharges apply.
4. Ordering
You select your device and optional modules, review your selection, and complete payment on our checkout (checkout.kode.diy, operated by Shopify). Before paying you see a full order summary where you can correct any input errors. We acknowledge your order by email within 24 hours; that confirmation includes these terms.
5. Delivery
Current orders are preorders: we undertake to ship them in September 2026. Where a product is in stock, we deliver within 30 calendar days of your order at the latest. Risk passes to you when you (or a carrier you designated) take physical possession of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you (or someone you designate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to [email protected] — you may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
We will refund all payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you have sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. No statutory withdrawal exception applies to our standard catalog hardware.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
Your purchase is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: three years from delivery for consumers in Spain, and no less than two years elsewhere in the EU, as provided by your local law. KODE DIY SL, as the seller, answers for this guarantee. Contact [email protected] to make a claim.
8. Complaints and disputes
Write to [email protected]; we register every complaint with a reference number and reply as soon as possible. We are not currently adhered to an accredited alternative-dispute-resolution entity; if a complaint is rejected, we will inform you of a competent accredited entity for resolving consumer disputes as the law requires.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
